Planning applications submitted for Wolfson Lecture Theatre and Wolfson House sites
Following a community workshop held before Christmas on the draft proposals, the project team has now submitted planning applications for the residential redevelopment of these two sites. A summary of our consultation with neighbours, links to the planning applications and more information on our plans can now be found by clicking here: WLT & WH sites page
Wolfson Lecture Theatre Car Park Closure
Further to the work undertaken to redevelop the Wolfson Lecture Theatre site, Telereal Trillium need to undertake ground and archaeological investigations across the site. As such, we will be closing the area to all access from Monday 15th August. We anticipate this work will take several months, following which, if we have planning permission, the area will need to remain closed for construction. We are aware that some properties that neighbour the site use it and would request that if you do, you make alternative arrangements. If you have any questions regarding this, please use the contact details provided on this website to speak to a member of the project team.

In October 2015 Telereal Trillium bought part of the former Wye College Campus, Wye, Kent.
As you may be aware, Telereal Trillium and its project team are in the early stages of considering how to progress with the site. At a public meeting hosted by Wye and Hinxhill Parish Council on 2nd November we committed to engaging with the village on the proposals we will be bringing forward.
The proposals will be developed primarily through a masterplan, in the context of the Neighbourhood Plan presently undergoing the examination process, on which we know many of you have spent a considerable amount of time.
We have circulated a newsletter with the local community to introduce the project team, to provide an overview of what we are doing at the moment and to give the opportunity to register interest in the plans and a brief overview of how to get involved with the proposals over the coming months.
This is a long term project and this was the first in a series of newsletters we will send to households and businesses as part of our commitment to consulting with the public. If for any reason you or anyone you know has not received this newsletter and would like to, please let us know via the contact details provided.
